UC Merced Hospitality Services is a one-stop shop for events, catering, central room reservations, guest housing and conference services. The hospitality team provides world-class customer service in meeting and event planning to campus departments and external groups. Hospitality Services offers expertise in every detail of meeting and event planning — venues, dining, transportation and guest housing — to ensure successful conferences and catered events.
Hospitality Services manages meeting and exterior spaces across campus and at the UC Merced Downtown Campus Center. The department also manages UC Merced’s new conference center, opening in June 2020. Hospitality Services is accepting reservation requests for the conference center now.
