Situated at the heart of the newest University of California campus on the banks of Little Lake, UC Merced’s conference center features world-class environmental design and is eligible for LEED certification.
The conference center features a ballroom, two conference rooms, and four classrooms.
The ballroom features more than 5,700 square feet of space and can seat up to 600 guests in a theater layout and 220 people in an event layout.
Two adjacent, approximately 1,600 square-foot conference rooms seat approximately 60 people each, while four upstairs, approximately 560 square-foot classrooms seat approximately 24 people. Each room can be configured to meet your event needs.
Each of the rooms feature integrated audio-video technology, including native Zoom integration to allow convenient livestreaming inside and outside of the conference center.
The ballroom includes two 30-foot diagonal Direct View LED video walls that support 4K videos.
The conference rooms include dual projectors that support 4K video on 132-inch screens. The classrooms include projectors that support 4K video on 110-inch screens.
